Lisa Marinkovic

Lisa Marinkovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Exactera since December 2019, Lisa previously held the role of Customer Success Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Account Executive at SafetyFirst Systems from February 2017 to November 2019, and Marketing & Development Manager at Certified Training & Safety, Inc. from January 2010 to November 2017. Lisa's career began in training and service roles, including Training & Service Coordinator at Safety Solutions Systems and Product Coordinator at The Online Safety & Security Store. Lisa also served as Managing Director at Huntington Learning Center for a year. Educationally, Lisa attended Grand Valley State University from 1994 to 1997.
