Michael Desimone

Michael DeSimone has extensive work experience in international tax and transfer pricing. Michael started their career in 1987 as a Manager Federal Tax at International Specialty Products, where they worked for 11 years. Michael then joined American Standard as a Senior Manager International Tax and worked there for 4 years. In 2002, they moved to Thomson Reuters as a Senior Manager International Tax, and held this role for 12 years. Michael then joined Friedman LLP in 2014 as an International Tax Transfer Pricing professional, before moving to Exactera in 2016 as a Director International Tax - Transfer Pricing.

Michael DeSimone received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark between 1974 and 1978. Michael then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from New York Law School from 1980 to 1984.
