Amy Bui

Amy Bui is a dedicated recruiter currently employed at Exadel, having transitioned there following the company's acquisition of Coppei. With a strong foundation in recruitment processes and candidate experience, Amy orchestrates end-to-end recruitment and has developed a new employee onboarding program to enhance efficiency. Previous experience includes roles as a recruiter and recruiting coordinator at Coppei and IANULY Talent Accelerators, respectively, where Amy collaborated closely with leadership to address staffing needs and improve position requirements. In addition, significant contributions were made in various roles at the University of Washington, including as Assistant Resident Director, overseeing multiple teams and community programs, and in research and office assistance positions. Amy Bui holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Education from the University of Washington.
