Nathan Hlavin

Nathan Hlavin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, operations, and strategic development within the IT and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director at Exadel since February 2025, Nathan previously held the position of EVP of Sales & Operations at FastTek Global, where responsibilities included leading sales transformations and geographic expansions across North America, Asia, and Europe. At Spark Talent Acquisition, Nathan contributed as Vice President of Strategic Development, focusing on establishing a startup IT services business unit and advising on organizational growth strategies. With a lengthy tenure at Ciber Global, Nathan held various leadership roles including Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Innovation, significantly impacting revenue through strategic initiatives. Nathan began professional experience at Chrysler as a Labor Relations Specialist, and holds a BA in Human Resource Management/Labor Relations from Wayne State University.
