Patrycja Binert

Patrycja Binert is a New Business Specialist at Exadel since December 2021, focusing on pre-sales campaign execution, market research, lead qualification, social selling initiatives, and management of sales outreach tools. Patrycja also supports sales and marketing activities. Previously, Patrycja held roles as an IT Talent Sourcer and Junior IT Talent Sourcer, where responsibilities included candidate screening, developing talent pipelines, promoting the company's employer brand, and managing recruitment databases. Prior to joining Exadel, Patrycja worked as a Seller at Lee Wrangler, providing customer service and maintaining store order. Patrycja holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie, obtained between 2021 and 2022.
