Vanessa Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, product development, and data governance across various industries, including telecommunications and healthcare. Currently a Senior Consultant at Exadel since May 2022, Vanessa specializes in technology product management, focusing on agile methodologies and coordination among cross-functional teams. Prior roles include Consultant at Slalom, where Vanessa managed HR systems during mergers and acquisitions, Program Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente overseeing HR services transformation, and Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting leading health services systems projects.
