Will Clarke

Will Clarke is currently the Business Development Director at Exadel, a position held since 2025. Previously, Will served as a Business Development Manager at Endava from 2020 to 2025, and held roles in various organizations, including as a Freelance Rugby Coach from 2008 to 2012, where they coached teams at multiple levels. Will also worked as an Engineering Consultant at Avanti Recruitment Ltd from 2012 to 2014, and as a Client Account Manager at Excelian from 2015 to 2018, followed by a role as Client Partner at Huntswood from 2018 to 2020. Will studied at Reading School and Hartpury College, earning a National Diploma in Sport in 2008.
