Will Philps is an experienced planning professional with a background in English language education and business development. Beginning as a Teacher of English as a Second Language from January 2013 to September 2014, Will transitioned into planning roles, working as a Planning Officer for various councils including Barnet Council, London Borough of Sutton, Brent Council, and Westminster City Council from 2015 to 2021.
