Michael Stojda has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Michael is currently the President & CEO of exagens, a company dedicated to removing the digital separation between financial institutions and customers through advanced artificial intelligence and behavioral analytics. Prior to this, they were a Founding Partner at Xaphan Group, a worldwide alliance of value-add Investors that provides intellectual and financial capital to early-stage businesses. Michael also served as the Lead Investor and Acting COO at exagens.

Earlier in their career, Stojda was the President & CEO of Splinex Technology, Inc. (now Net Element), where they took the company public and transformed it from an academically-focused technology incubator into a high-tech public company. Michael significantly reduced the burn-rate, established business processes to improve resource utilization, and negotiated strategic partnerships to reduce go-to-market costs and increase product exposure.

Stojda also has experience at Avid Technology, where they held various positions including Managing Director of Softimage, Director of Product Management & Marketing, and Senior Product Manager. Michael was responsible for leading the turnaround of Softimage, establishing it as the premiere product & service provider in its category and achieving profitability. Michael also played a key role in the acquisition of Softimage by Avid.

Before Avid, Stojda worked at Microsoft as a Group Product Manager, where they orchestrated the transformation of a product into a unique and profitable video creation system. Michael developed a multi-million dollar business partnership with Intergraph to launch the product into the market.

Earlier in their career, Stojda worked at Digital Equipment Corporation in various roles, including Business Segment Manager, Business Development Manager, and Senior Program Manager. Michael established a consulting business and negotiated complex contracts with major accounts.

Michael Stojda has pursued various degrees in their education. Michael completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at New York Institute of Technology. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering at New York University. Subsequently, they earned a Master of Science in Operations Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering. Finally, they completed a Master of Arts in Business Administration at Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
