Ian Redmond

Ian Redmond is an experienced support leader in the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Support at ExaGrid since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Cohesity for over five years, where responsibilities included building and managing the EMEA support team and overseeing the Cork technical support center. Ian also held various positions at Tintri, starting as a Senior Support Manager and advancing to Sr. Director of Customer Support, where a key focus was the establishment of the EMEA support team.
