Emile Breyne is currently the Head of Department at Exail, overseeing the Umisoft software development and Mine Warfare Data Center. They previously served as a Software Team Lead, contributing to various European R&D initiatives and NATO interoperability task groups. Emile has gained experience as a Software Engineer at ECA GROUP and as a Teacher at My Sherpa. They completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering followed by a Master’s in Computer Science at KU Leuven. Emile began their professional journey with an internship at Barco in 2019.
