Johnatan Alvarez is an experienced engineer specializing in Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) and Model-Based Systems Engineering. Currently working at Exail since October 2022, Johnatan contributes to the BENL program, a collaboration with NAVAL GROUP to equip Belgium and the Netherlands for mine warfare. Prior experience includes a role at MCA Ingénierie from September 2020 to September 2022, also focused on the BENL program, and a position at ALTEN from October 2019 to May 2020, where Johnatan developed digital tools for Airbus’s MBSE project within an agile framework. Earlier roles involved research and development at Expleo Group and product engineering support at Collins Aerospace. Johnatan graduated with an engineering degree in Mechatronics and Complex Systems from ISAE-Supméca in 2019.
