Mareva Guéneron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, R&D, and innovation consulting. Currently serving as the Directrice des opérations de la division Sonar at Exail, Mareva manages operations teams focused on hardware, software, sonar algorithm studies, production, quality, and purchasing. In addition, Mareva Guéneron Consulting provides strategic and organizational support to innovative companies and startups. Prior roles include Director of the Center of Excellence at Sartorius Stedim Biotech, where Mareva defined continuous improvement processes, and Managing Director of Sartorius Stedim FMT SAS, overseeing a significant workforce and a €200M turnover. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in Health Sciences and various coaching and management qualifications, Mareva combines technical expertise with leadership in the biotechnology and innovation sectors.
