Mireille Emery

Mireille Emery currently serves as Directrice Achats Groupe at Exail since December 2023, following a robust career in procurement leadership. Prior experience includes her role as Directeur Achats Groupe at Aldes Groupe, managing a €250 million purchasing portfolio, and overseeing a team of 20 in various markets including Europe, the US, and China. Mireille has successfully transformed local purchasing structures into group-wide strategies, managed raw material cost increases, and implemented responsible purchasing practices. Previous positions include Directeur Achats France & Indirect EMEA at Johnson Controls, where significant savings were consistently achieved across multiple categories, and Directeur Achats at Tyco, where Mireille played a key role in strategic procurement optimization across France and Benelux. Mireille started professional journey in procurement at GELOT and has further enhanced expertise with MAI degrees in purchasing strategy and management from KEDGE Business School.
