Tim Bell has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and UX/UI engineering. Tim started their career at 1st Source Bank in 1999 as a Senior Software Developer and worked there until 2006. Tim then joined Press Ganey Associates as a Lead Software Developer in 2006 and remained in that role until May 2013. In 2013, Tim joined ExakTime, initially as a UX/UI Architect, and later became the Lead UX Engineer in June 2019.
From 1992 to 1996, Tim Bell attended Indiana University South Bend, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and Teaching.
