Jimmy Marta has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jimmy started their career in the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller from 1986 to 1996. Following that, they worked as a MFG Superintendent at STMicroelectronics from 1996 to 2003. In 2004, they joined Texas Instruments as a MFG Superintendent, responsible for planning and administering procedures. During their time there, they implemented a direct labor staffing plan and led 5S efforts in a fab environment. In the same year, they also became the President of Exalt Printing Solutions, overseeing the company until 2018. In 2007, they established Exalt Samples LLC as a division of Exalt Printing Solutions before spinning it off into its own company in 2018. Jimmy currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Exalt Samples, a market leader in producing marketing materials for the building industry.
Jimmy Marta attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1999 to 2002 and earned a BS degree in Industrial Technology.
