Ben Warmus

Chief Design Engineer at eXalt Solutions

Ben Warmus has a diversified work experience with multiple roles and responsibilities. Ben started their career in 1999 at Edwebs Inc as a Project Development specialist, where they facilitated understanding between clients and software engineers. From 2001 to 2005, they served as a Systems Analyst at Tripler Army Medical Center, where they maintained database applications and department servers. In 2005, they established their own company called Training Wheels, which focused on helping individuals with technology-related challenges.

Since 2007, Ben has been working at eXalt Solutions. Ben started as a Project Manager, responsible for gathering customer requirements and leading teams across different countries. In 2009, they were promoted to Director of Project Management, where they coordinated project managers and ensured smooth progress. In 2010, they took on the role of Director of Special Projects, contributing to the software roadmap and leading exploratory side projects. Currently, Ben holds the position of Chief Design Engineer, working closely with customers to determine requirements, create design documentation, and facilitate hand-off to the project manager.

Ben Warmus attended Chaminade University of Honolulu from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Ben'sfield of study was the Psychology of Computer Subcultures, and they also pursued a minor in CIS (Computer and Information Sciences).
