Alyssa Torres, MSW, is an experienced social work professional currently serving as an Alumni Assistant and Program Coordinator at exalt, where responsibilities include supporting the Graduate Internship process and conducting risk assessments for students. Previous roles include conducting psychotherapy as a Behavioral Health Social Work Intern at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, and serving as a Peer Success Coach at John Jay College. Alyssa has a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from NYU Silver School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College. In addition, Alyssa has interned in various capacities, gaining expertise in risk assessments and collaboration with community resources.
