Melissa Jones

Melissa Jones is an MD/MPH candidate at the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine, with ongoing experience as an MCAT tutor at Examkrackers, INC since May 2016, specializing in various MCAT sections. Prior experience includes serving as a research technician at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, where investigations focused on traumatic brain injury, PTSD, and neuropathic pain using mice models. Melissa also contributed to research at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where responsibilities included laboratory techniques and training junior assistants. Additional roles include participation in a Pediatric Specialty Rotation Program at All Children's Hospital and working as a psychology research assistant at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Melissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from The Johns Hopkins University, completed in 2015.
