Jayasimha Prasad is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in software development, team management, and strategic planning. As the Founder of ExaThought since April 2018, Jayasimha Prasad has focused on defining and implementing the company's vision and goals. Previously, as a Technology Leader and Independent Consultant, Jayasimha Prasad architected and delivered a mobile app for a leading travel company. As a Co-founder of YOSKA, Jayasimha Prasad was instrumental in developing the business strategy and technology components across various platforms. During a decade-long tenure at Target, Jayasimha Prasad held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Group Engineering Manager, where a team of over 150 engineers was managed, and Group Manager, Technology Services, overseeing significant hiring initiatives. Early career experiences include significant roles at Symphony Services, Datacons Pvt Ltd, and Aptech, complemented by an EPGDM in Finance from TAPMI and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology.
