Ron Auster

Ron Auster is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and development management. Currently serving as VP R&D at Exaware, Ron previously held senior roles at Airspan Networks, where leadership included overseeing 5G base station development, and at Cisco as SW Group Manager, managing a 25-engineer product group. Prior positions include Director of Software Engineering at ARRIS, where Ron managed global software teams across various product lines, and multiple roles at BigBand Networks, including Embedded Software Group Manager. Ron began the career as a Software Engineer at Marvell and DSPC after earning a BSC in Computer Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
