Ronen Hovav

Ronen Hovav is the Chief Executive Officer of Exaware, where they lead the company's global strategy and go-to-market efforts. They bring more than 20 years of experience in leading complex sales processes to telecom customers and previously defined and led a sophisticated sales strategy and tactic plan to penetrate major Tier-1 global operators such as Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. Their career includes roles at Exaware as Chief Business Officer (2017–2020) and as Vice President of Global Sales at RADWIN (2020–2022), with prior leadership positions at RADCOM including President – Americas and VP of Sales, and they were involved in all aspects of deals with decision making across CxO, Directors, Marketing, Planning and Engineering. They co-led QualiTest as Co-CEO in 2006–2007, and attended Robert Half College.
