Michael Fallon has had a diverse range of roles in the food industry. Michael started their career at Overseal Natural Ingredients Ltd as a Technical Account Manager and later became an NPD & Product Manager. Michael then moved on to Scalzo Food Industries, where they worked as a Sales Manager. After that, they joined Kingfood Australia Pty Ltd as a Technical Account and Product Manager. Michael then worked at Sensient as an Account Manager - Food. Currently, they are working at GNT Group, where they have held various positions including Technical Sales Manager, Sales Director, and Managing Director.
Michael Fallon attended Nottingham Trent University from 1994 to 1998, where they studied Science (Applied Food Studies). Michael did not earn a degree.
