Excal Consulting is a 100% black youth-owned, MICT SETA accredited training and development provider (ACC/2022/05/0007), dedicated to closing the critical skills gap in South Africa's electronics sector. Founded by industry-experienced technicians and facilitators, we are on a mission to empower unemployed youth with practical, high-quality training that leads to tangible employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.

We specialize in delivering the Electronics NQF Level 4 qualification, alongside PCB design, manufacturing, and innovation. Our unique methodology is built on in-depth industry research, ensuring our training is not just theoretical, but directly relevant to the local economy and the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

What sets us apart is our enduring commitment to every learner's journey. We provide 12 months of post-course support, mentoring, and guidance, ensuring our participants can apply their skills to solve real-world business challenges. As a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor, our foundational principle is that sustainable economic growth is intrinsically linked to broad-based empowerment.
