Mariela Collins has held a variety of positions in the IT industry since 1994. Mariela began their career as the Hewlett Packard Account Operations Manager at Microage San Diego/Technology Integration Group. In this role, they were responsible for the daily operations of two Hewlett Packard IT outsourcing contracts, supporting over 5000 users at the Rancho Bernardo Printing division and over 1500 users at the Santa Clara Server division. Mariela also established and maintained service level agreements (SLAs), developed the metrics for service accountability, hired all the employees and built the infrastructure tools, including a knowledge base.
In 1997, Mariela moved to Online Connecting Point as a Business and Technology Consultant. Here, they were retained and implemented the Scripps Clinic IT outsourcing contract, which included 24 x 7 help desk and LAN/WAN services.
Finally, in 2003, Mariela founded EXCEDEO, IT Support Pros, Inc., where they currently serve as the CEO.
Mariela Collins attended Towson State University in Maryland from 1986 to 1989, where they studied Computer Science.
