About eXceeding
At eXceeding, we help organisations unlock greater value from procurement. Since 2011, our team of experienced consultants has worked with private, public and third-sector clients to reduce costs, improve supplier performance, and deliver long-term, sustainable procurement strategies.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Every organisation faces unique challenges, and our approach is always tailored — combining deep category knowledge, proven methodologies, and hands-on delivery. From running tenders and managing frameworks to reshaping procurement functions, we act as trusted partners who focus on outcomes, not just process.

Our clients include leading businesses, membership organisations, and public sector bodies who rely on us to provide practical, independent advice that makes a measurable difference.

What we do best:

Procurement strategy and transformation

Tendering and contract management

Cost reduction and value optimisation

Supplier relationship and performance management

Public sector compliance and governance (including Procurement Act 2023)

We exist to make procurement a strategic advantage for your organisation, not a burden.
