Pilar Tobar is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources and commercial intelligence. Currently serving as Gerente Corporativo de Recursos Humanos at Excel Automotriz since June 2008, Pilar has been instrumental in developing HR strategies for a workforce of 3,500 employees, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and compensation.
