Michael Whittington

Michael Whittington has extensive experience in the construction industry, primarily as an iron worker, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently employed at Civil Construction Contractors since October 2015 and at Excel Constructors, Inc. since March 2015, Michael has demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints for steel structures. Previous roles include working as an iron worker at Cajun idc, Performance Contractors, and extensive experience as a pipe fabricator/boilermaker with CB&I. Earlier in their career, Michael held positions as a painter and sandblaster. Michael holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute and has completed general studies at River Parish Community College.
