Ellen Osburne

Ellen Osburne is an experienced administrative professional with a demonstrated history of supporting organizational operations. Since September 2021, Ellen has served as an Executive Assistant at Excel Development while concurrently holding the position of Administrative Assistant at Signal Hill Chiropractic & Wellness Group.
