Tim Bates

Tim Bates has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions within the manufacturing and aerospace industries. Tim'smost recent role is as the Senior Director of Operations at Excel Dryer, where they oversee the manufacturing of high-speed hand dryers. Prior to that, they served as a General Manager at AeroBond Corporation, providing strategic direction and overseeing business development activities. Tim also held the position of Vice President & General Manager at TIGHITCO, Inc. Aerostructures Division, where they specialized in the design, fabrication, and assembly of engineered components. Additionally, Tim has experience as a Vice President & General Manager at Instrument Technology Incorporated, where they focused on the design and manufacture of inspection equipment. Prior to that, they served as a General Manager at Kaman Aerospace, responsible for two separate businesses and their operational performance. Tim's early career at Kaman Aerospace involved roles in production, material control, manufacturing engineering, quality, traffic, and facilities management. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their abilities in strategic planning, business development, and operational management.
