Daniel McNamer

Daniel McNamer possesses extensive experience in engineering and management, with a focus on sustainable transformation and integrity management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Manager of the Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP) at Xcel Energy since November 2023, Daniel previously held various positions within the company, including Manager of Decarbonization and PM II for Gas Distribution Integrity Management. Daniel has also contributed to organizations such as St. Jude Medical, Structural Integrity, Honeywell Inc., and Aetrium Inc., with roles ranging from engineering intern to principal risk management analyst. Daniel holds dual degrees in Business Management and Mechanical Engineering, both with a GPA of 3.7, from the University of Saint Thomas.
