Daniel Peterson is a Principal Learning Architect at Xcel Energy, where they lead enterprise learning strategy design and implementation. They previously held roles such as Sr. Manager, Learning Business Partner at Amazon, and Training Content and Development Manager at The Tile Shop. Daniel’s background includes experience as an Account Manager for the American Red Cross and a Personal Banker at Huntington National Bank. They earned a B.S. in History, Political Science, and Nonprofit Administration from Eastern Michigan University. Recently relocated back to the Twin Cities, Daniel continues to mentor learning professionals and drive innovative learning solutions.
