Currently serving as Sr Director of Digital Product Management at Xcel Energy since 2022, Megan focuses on transitioning the organization to an agile product delivery model and enhancing customer engagement. Previously, Megan held various roles at Xcel Energy, including Associate Product Manager and Director of Customer & Brand Strategy.
