Randall Ohm

Randall Ohm is a Senior Workforce Relations Consultant at Xcel Energy, a position held since 2014. Prior to this, they garnered extensive experience in labor relations as the Director of Labor Relations - US at Canadian Pacific Railway and in various roles including Senior Labor Counsel at Delta Air Lines and Labor Counsel at Northwest Airlines. Randall began their legal career at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and later served as Of Counsel at Jackson Lewis LLP. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Juris Doctor in Employment and Labor Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
