Robert Gansler is the Manager of Energy Solutions Engineering at Xcel Energy. They previously held the position of Manager in the same field from 2008 to 2016, and served as a Team Lead Energy Efficiency Engineer. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Energy Efficiency Engineer and Technical Consultant at Xcel Energy from 2001 to 2007, as well as a Researcher at the Industrial Refrigeration Consortium from 1993 to 2000. Robert earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1991 to 1993.
