Steve Berman, CPA, is the Regional Vice President of Regulatory and Pricing at Xcel Energy, where they lead strategic initiatives to recover over $3 billion annually in regulatory filings. Previously, they held various roles at Colorado Springs Utilities, including Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, where they directed the creation of the operating budget and financial forecasting processes. Steve's extensive background in finance is complemented by an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Maryland. Their mission-oriented approach has consistently driven financial performance and operational efficiencies throughout their career.
