Beginning as a Teaching Assistant in Automotive Technology, Ben progressed through various roles at companies such as Chrysler and Eaton, where responsibilities included project engineering, technical marketing, and managing customer relationships. In recent positions at Tenneco as Senior Business Development Manager and Commercial Business Unit Manager, Ben successfully navigated the transition to electrification markets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Excel Engineering, Ben leads expansion efforts in testing services across various powertrain technologies. Ben's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Michigan Technological University, along with numerous certifications in leadership, emergency management, and technical training.
