John Pluta

John Pluta, PE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Excel Engineering, Inc. since November 2006, John has played a pivotal role in managing a variety of architectural and engineering projects across 49 states. Prior to this, John served as Chairman of the Village of Germantown's Board of Zoning Appeals from 2009 to 2015, leading zoning hearings. John also contributed to the construction and remodeling efforts at First Alliance Church as a Building Committee Member from 2000 to 2009. Previous roles include Chief Engineer at MSI General Corporation, where John managed structural engineering for design-build projects, and holds experience as a Structural Engineer at Harwood Engineering. John's career began at CPR Engineering, working on structural projects in various industries. John holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a combined Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from Marquette University.
