Lauren Schellpfeffer

Lauren Schellpfeffer is the Division Leader of HR and Marketing at Excel Engineering, Inc., where they have been instrumental in managing employee relations and marketing strategies since taking on the Human Resources Manager role in 2019. Previously, Lauren served as a Marketing Coordinator and held several positions within the company, showcasing their diverse skill set in communication and human resources. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and also studied Communications at the University of Leeds. Prior to their tenure at Excel, Lauren gained experience through roles at Winnebago Lutheran Academy and in various internships.
