Scott Polacek

Scott Polacek is an experienced engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 2000. Scott began a career at Manitowoc Cranes as a Design/Test Engineer from January 2001 to February 2003, where responsibilities included stress strain analysis on crane and boom structures. From May 2003 to June 2008, Scott served as a Project Engineer at M-B Companies, Inc., overseeing the design and development of various mechanical and hydraulic systems. Scott advanced to Engineering Manager at M-B Companies from July 2008 to December 2011, managing a team of engineers and collaborating on product procurement and manufacturing improvements. In December 2011, Scott transitioned to the role of New Product Manager at M-B Companies, focusing on R&D and new product development to target emerging markets. Currently, since December 2013, Scott works as a Project Engineer at Excel Engineering.
