Excel Packaging is a specialist manufacturer/converter of custom made foam packaging, thermally insulating boxes & transit containers, expanded polystyrene foam (EPS), XLPU rigid polyurethane foam, ply/batten wooden crates, 530CA flute batten-end cases, short-run corrugated 'regular' or 'diecut' cartons, bespoke Pallets and Tray/Cap and Sleeves. 

Our manufacturing processes include hot-wire cutting, band knifing, and profiling, contouring, die cutting, slitting, boring, routing and laminating.

We specialise in technical foams including expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene, polyethylene foams, Plastazote foam, XPLU rigid polyurethane and fire retardant polystyrene. 

We produce foam products for a range of industries and market sectors including; packaging distribution, pharmaceutical, cold-chain, film and theatre,  engineering, automotive, pneumatic and the MOD.
