Shane McLave

Shane McLave is an experienced Managing Director with a strong background in recruitment and hospitality management. Since January 2014, Shane has led Excel Recruitment, overseeing a team that delivers high-quality staff across various sectors including hospitality, healthcare, and industrial. In addition to this role, Shane has served as a Director at Actimer since January 2019, focusing on distributing Irish artisan beverages in the Baltic States. Previously, Shane held positions as Branch Manager at Noel Recruitment and Business Manager at Step One Staffing, honing skills in business development across diverse recruitment sectors, complemented by earlier experience as a Sous Chef at FBD Hotels. Shane holds a degree in catering from Technological University Dublin, awarded in 1999.
