Annie Burisky serves as the Staff Development Manager at both Excelcare Holdings and Limetree Care Centre since November 2016, focusing on cultivating a skilled team to provide care for individuals with Dementia, contributing to the latest CQC report rating of 'Good.' Additionally, Annie holds the position of Regional Learning & Development Manager at Barchester Healthcare since April 2009, overseeing learning and development across 40 care homes and managing crisis situations related to quality standards, while also acting as a standards verifier for 120 students.
