Carl O'Donnell

Carl O'Donnell is the Global Head of Change Management at excelerated, leading a team focused on customer success and the adoption of technology solutions since September 2020. Carl's experience also includes serving as the Head of Training and Development at Lloyds Banking Group, where a training and development function for a significant sector of the business was created and led. Earlier roles within HBOS encompassed positions such as Area Sales Manager, Training Consultant, and Training Designer, emphasizing sales performance and the development of training solutions. Carl started a career at Capital Bank as a Sales Executive, demonstrating early expertise in customer service and sales. Educational credentials include an HND in Manufacturing Management from Salford College University.
