Bray Avila has over 15 years of work experience in payroll and human resources. They have held various roles in different companies.

From 2006 to 2012, Bray worked at Stellar Management as a Human Resources Payroll & Union Specialist. In this role, they oversaw payroll for over 700 employees across multiple states, managed benefits selection, and handled new hire orientation.

In 2014, Bray joined Beso Restaurant as a Manager. They successfully managed a staff of 18 employees, implemented strategic plans to improve productivity and customer service, and attracted new clientele to increase business.

From 2015 to 2019, Bray worked at Alliance Building Services as a Payroll Specialist. They processed payroll for over 3,500 employees, maintained employee files and tax information, coordinated with different departments to meet payroll deadlines, and addressed employee inquiries.

Currently, Bray is with Excelerator® Consulting Inc. Since joining in 2019, they have held multiple roles. They started as a Payroll Consultant, providing customized payroll services to clients from various industries. They then became a Team Lead, overseeing and managing a team. Currently, Bray is serving as the Manager of Payroll Services.

Throughout their career, Bray has demonstrated expertise in payroll management, human resources, compliance, training, recruiting, and customer service. They have worked with a wide range of industries and organizations, including Five Below, GNC, CNA Insurance, and Rubies Costume Designer and Manufacturer, among others.

Bray Avila attended the University of Scranton from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies. Following a gap of several years, they resumed their education in 2011 at the New Jersey City University. Bray pursued a Master of Education degree in Secondary Education and Teaching and successfully completed the program in 2015.
