Antonio Pose

Antonio Pose serves as the Head of Data & AI at Excelia since April 2022, overseeing a team of over 40 professionals to deliver a wide range of data services, including Data Engineering, Data Management & Strategy, and Generative AI. In addition, Antonio is a member of DAMA ESPAÑA, contributing to the Data Governance and Data Management working group. Previously, Antonio managed Data Governance and Data Quality at SegurCaixa Adeslas and held the role of Data & Analytics Manager at EY, where responsibilities included defining and implementing data governance models and regulatory compliance across various banking and insurance projects. Educational qualifications include a Master in Management from IE Business School and an Engineer's Degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana.
