José also held roles such as Director of Organization and Talent Management at Auxadi and Director of a banking office at Unicaja. In addition to their corporate roles, they are an active academic, teaching at various universities including The Core Entertainment Science School and UNIR. José holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and is in the process of preparing a doctoral thesis in Administration and Business Management.
