Jean Morrow is an experienced education policy professional with a diverse background in research and policy advisory roles. Morrow served as a Researcher at The Heritage Foundation from January 2016 to October 2017 and held the position of Senior Development Associate at the Institute for Justice from April 2013 to January 2016. From November 2017 to January 2021, Morrow was a Policy Advisor and STEM Lead at the U.S. Department of Education. Subsequent roles include Visiting Fellow at the Independent Women's Forum from July 2021 to January 2022, Manager of Public Affairs and Policy at the Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools from August 2021 to June 2022, and Senior Advisor at Invest in Education from December 2022 to March 2024.
