John Rydstrom

John Rydstrom has over 28 years of experience in sales and management roles within the semiconductor industry. John is currently working as the Senior Director of Global Semiconductor Sales at Excelitas, where they are responsible for managing global sales and developing strategic relationships. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Photon Control Inc., where they focused on driving profitable growth through strategic relationships and collaboration with various teams. Before that, John held multiple positions at Newport Corporation, including Senior Director of Key Accounts, Senior Manager of Semiconductor Accounts, Key Account Manager, Western Regional Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining and growing sales, and implementing strategic selling processes.

John Rydstrom attended Leland High School from 1975 to 1977, focusing on Architecture. John then pursued a BS in Business Administration, with a specialization in Marketing, from California State University-Sacramento between 1980 and 1982.
