Michael Walls

Michael Walls is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and product management within the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Sr Manager of New Programs at Excelitas Technologies Corp., Michael leads the New Product Introduction process for the Advanced Optronics business unit and manages a team of Program Managers, providing strategic support across various functions. Prior roles include Program Manager focused on transitioning prototypes to production, Product Engineer at Research Electro-Optics, and Production Engineering Group Leader at Kapteyn-Murnane Laboratories, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing production schedules and facilitating the transition of new technologies into production. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines.
